░▓█▓░ ANS2BAS v1.0 Shareware
░▓█▓░ Copyright(c) 1996 by Eldon Martin
------------------------------------------
ANS2BAS is a program designed to take the work out of creating
nice-looking screen displays in QuickBASIC and compatible BASICs.
You now can design your screen in your favorite ANSI editor, then
convert it to BASIC by using ANS2BAS. The program ANS2BAS creates
is standalone; it does NOT need ANSI.SYS in order to run properly.
ANS2BAS is distributed as shareware. You may use it for an
avaluation period of 30 days. After that, you must either quit
using it, or register by sending $10 to the author. When you
register you will receive the latest registered version of ANS2BAS.
The registration fee should be sent to the address below:

You may distribute the shareware version of ANS2BAS and give it to
your friends as long as you charge only a modest shipping and
handling charge, and all files are present and none are taken away.
The recipients must be made aware that it is shareware and requires
registration. We encourage you to upload this package to your BBS
for others to download.
Here is a list of files that must be including in unmodified form
in the copies you distribute:
FILE_ID.DIZ - Description file for posting on BBSs
ANS2BAS.EXE - The program executable
ANS2BAS.DOC - The program documentation (this file)
DEMO.EXE - Demonstration of ANS2BAS's capabilities
The registered version of ANS2BAS is licensed for use on one
computer only. You may make copies for personal use or backup
purposes, but you may not distribute the registered program in any
way.

Using ANS2BAS
-----------------
Using ANS2BAS is basically self-explanetory. Just run ANS2BAS
without parameters to see some brief instructions on how to use the
utility. Please note that the unregistered version will not include
any COLOR commands in the BASIC program it creates. After investing
hours of time into ANS2BAS, I felt this limmitation was necessary to
ensure that nobody would take advantage of my work without paying
the appropiate fee. Please registered today to take advantage of
ANS2BAS's full capabilities!
